Hunter Valley Produce will organise shipment within 3 business days of receipt of your payment. Depending on the day we receive your order and your location, we may use our discretion to ship your order the following Monday. We do this to ensure your order isn’t held in a warehouse over a weekend.

Prior to your order being shipped, Hunter Valley Produce may contact you to confirm your delivery details or ask for further information to ensure fast delivery can occur. 

Hunter Valley Produce depending on your shipping location use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers to deliver your order and depending your location can take up to 6 business days to deliver.

Hunter Valley Produce will send you an email once your order has been shipped with your carrier details & consignment number to allow you to track your delivery.

Should you not receive your package within 6 business days, please email us at hello@huntervalleyproduce.com.au or via the contact form with your order number. Once Hunter Valley Produce will commence a missing parcel investigation with the carrier. We will provide you with updates regarding the delivery.

Should your order not be delivered, Hunter Valley Produce will organise for your order to be re-shipped at no cost to you or organise a refund. Should you not be happy with the delivery of your order, please refer to our Freshness Guarantee.

No responsibility is taken for faulty produce delivered to Australia Post Safe drop or Parcel Point lockers. Locker facilities have restricted airflow which result in the produce sweating.

Due to quarantine laws, Hunter Valley Produce cannot ship garlic to Tasmania, South Australia or Western Australia, or outside Australia.

Hunter Valley produce currently doesn’t allow for customer pick-ups from the property.
