Hunter Valley Produce is committed to providing our customers with quality chemical free produce delivered to your door.
If you are not satisfied with your Hunter Valley Produce (HVP) order, please email us at email@example.com within 2 business days of receipt of your order. Please provide us with a short explanation of your concerns and photographs.
Faults to fresh produce do not include seasonal variations, such as size, shape and strength. Natural characteristics will obviously differ from season to season based on weather conditions. When purchasing fresh produce, you accept that you are purchasing is the highest quality available that season.
Should we agree to your claim, Hunter Valley Produce may organise for it to be returned to us (at our expense). Products are to be returned to us within 5 business days of receiving the produce. We ask that you assist us by repackaging the items and attaching identification labels to the package provided to you. Depending on your location, Hunter Valley Produce will organise a carrier to collect from your preferred address or ask you to deliver to an Australia Post outlet.
Hunter Valley Produce will not be responsible for any damage to or deterioration of fresh produce once received at the destination e.g. Australia Post Safe drop or Parcel Point lockers. Locker facilities have restricted airflow which result in the produce sweating.
No responsibility for produce not stored properly after delivery as per our storage guidelines provided with your package. Hunter Valley Produce cannot be responsible for the quality of items that are not properly stored following delivery.
If Hunter Valley Produce agree to a refund, you will refunded the total amount including the delivery fee. All refunds will be credited back to the account the customer made payment with and will appear in 2-3 business days of the items being returned.
